Introduction
This is an online application form for the Goldsmiths’ Centre’s Business Catalyst (Small) Grants.

How to apply
If you haven’t already done so, you must read the accompanying Guidelines and FAQs before starting this form, to ensure you have all the information you need to complete it.

Application form

This application takes up to 30 minutes to complete. You can save and return to your application up until the application deadline. To make the process easier, you should have the relevant support documentation ready to upload, as listed in the accompanying guidance. Please note: It is your responsibility to provide us with your reference before the deadline.

Applications can also be sent to us as a video via a file hosting service (such as a hidden Vimeo or YouTube link, Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer) to applications@goldsmiths-centre.org

Before submitting your application form, you are required to complete a short, anonymous online survey to support the Goldsmiths’ Centre’s ongoing commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.

You will be notified within eight weeks of the application deadline about the outcome of your application.

16. If you have selected that you receive government benefits, please supply proof of your entitlement (in order to be considered for a priority place). The submitted document must mention the name of the benefit, your name and postal address. Upload these as a photograph taken on your phone, a scan, or an electronic document. 17. Professional reference – a professional referee is an experienced worker, typically a former employer, colleague, client or someone who can recommend you for employment. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that the completed references are emailed to us at applications@goldsmiths-centre.org by the application deadline.
18. If your business is more than 1 year old, please provide your most recent end of year accounts. The document must mention your name or that of your business. Label them with your name and upload these below. Maximum file size 16MB.
