Introduction
This is an online application form for the Goldsmiths’ Centre’s Business Catalyst (Small) Grants.

How to apply
If you haven’t already done so, you must read the accompanying Guidelines and FAQs before starting this form, to ensure you have all the information you need to complete it.

Application Form
This application takes up to 30 minutes to complete. You can save and return to your application up until the application deadline. To make the process easier, you should have the relevant support documentation ready to upload, as listed in the accompanying guidance. Please note: It is your responsibility to provide us with your reference before the deadline.

Applications can also be sent to us as a video via a file hosting service (such as a hidden Vimeo or YouTube link, Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer) to applications@goldsmiths-centre.org

Receipt and notification
You will receive emails from applications@goldsmiths-centre.org – please check your junk mail and add this email to your safe list. If you have not heard back from us before the application deadline with the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Survey, please contact us to check that your application has been received.

You will be notified within eight weeks of the application deadline about the outcome of your application.

16. Professional reference – a professional referee is an experienced worker, typically a former employer, colleague, client or someone who can recommend you for employment. - The Goldsmiths’ Centre reserves the right to withdraw the Business Catalyst (Small) Grant at any time should circumstances beyond its control affect its delivery.
- This information is requested in accordance with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation and will not be disclosed to any third parties unless specified by you.
- Your details will be held on an electronic database for the purpose of administration.
- You declare that the information that you have given on this form is correct and complete to the best of your knowledge. You understand that giving false information will automatically disqualify your application and may also lead to disciplinary procedures resulting in possible expulsion from the scheme. You further undertake to repay any grants obtained by yourself as a result.
- By applying for a Business Catalyst (Small) Grant, you commit to taking part in a follow up survey to inform the evaluation of the programme.
