  • Availability and Support

  • Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Survey

  • As part of the application process, you are asked to complete an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) survey. Your input helps us understand who we’re reaching - and, just as importantly, who we might be missing - so we can make our opportunities more inclusive and accessible.

Every response helps us identify barriers and improve access. Even if you choose not to share certain details, your participation still matters.

The survey is anonymous and designed to help us learn how we can better support our community. Your honest feedback - even if you skip some questions -makes a real difference.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. Together, we can create a more inclusive environment where everyone feels they belong.

Click here to complete EDI Survey before proceeding to the final stage of the application form.

  • Please complete the anonymous EDI Survey via the link above, before submitting your application.
